Uncle Bobbie’s 2nd Annual bell hooks Symposium Set For Sept. 30

Students, journalists and political leaders within the Black group will come collectively to have fun the life and legacy of bells hooks throughout the second annual bells hooks Symposium on Sept. 30 at 1 p.m.

Who was bell hooks? 

Born Sept. 25, 1952, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, hooks was a author, cultural critic and scholar, who used feminism as a instrument to problem structural oppression and to advertise Black feminine liberation.
