Nationwide — Ryan Marshall, the CEO of PulteGroup is dealing with a harmful lawsuit after three former Black staff alleged unchecked racist conduct within the group.

Richard Turnbow, Roderick Hunter, and Idus Hartsfield all say they witnessed PulteGroup supervisor Patrick Witzigman make racist remarks whereas holding up a “lynching noose.”
“Our firm management is dedicated to making sure an atmosphere of inclusion the place all individuals are revered and valued. What’s depicted within the photographs is despicable and has no place in our firm nor in our society. The allegations should not in keeping with our values and company tradition,” stated Jim Zeumer, PulteGroup Vice President of Investor Relations and Company Communications.
