In celebration of Nationwide Friendship Month and Nationwide Founders Day, BHW proudly introduced the awarding of over $150,000 in four-year school scholarships to deserving college students, underscoring its dedication to instructional excellence and the empowerment of future leaders.
Led by Chapter President Zna Portlock Houston and championed by Tri-Chairs Adell Walker, La-Doris McClaney, and Victoria Beeks, the night featured hors d’oeuvres and appetizers by Chef Char from Meals Décor and expertly curated libations from BlackStorm. Visitors have been immersed in an environment of celebration as DJ Printz energized the room, inspiring attendees to bop and community amid the beautiful backdrop of the AMG Showroom.
Funds raised through the sold-out reception will immediately help BHW’s group programming throughout 5 focus areas: The Arts, Worldwide Developments & Providers, Well being & Human Providers, Nationwide Developments & Providers, and Providers to Youth.
