Texas Woman Tried to Escape Road Rage Incident That Began Over a Red Light By Going to a Public Place, Instead the Suspect Followed Her, Pointed a Gun and Yelled Racial Slurs

A street rage incident shortly escalated right into a harmful ordeal for a Black Texas girl who felt threatened after a person adopted her to a gasoline station, pointed a gun at her, rear-ended her automobile and referred to as her racial slurs.

Surveillance video captured 30-year-old Kevin Roth following a lady right into a gasoline station comfort retailer in Harris County, Texas, whereas aiming a handgun at her.

Deputies arrived on the station quickly afterward, and confiscated the gun. They arrested Roth and charged him with aggravated assault with a lethal weapon.

Roth was later launched on a $25,000 bond. The Harris County Sheriff’s Workplace mentioned he hadn’t been charged with any prior offenses, aside from minor visitors violations.
