Stoic Boards Damned if You Do, Led by Kate Siegel and Harvey Guillén

Stoic has boarded the high-concept darkish comedy “Damned If You Do,” and can launch the launch worldwide gross sales of the movie on the upcoming European Movie Market in Berlin, the place it should host the primary screenings for world patrons.

“Damned If You Do” options am ensemble led by Harvey Guillén (“What We Do within the Shadows”) and Kate Siegel (“The Fall of the Home of Usher”), each of whom additionally function govt producers. The forged is rounded out by Ginger Gonzaga (“She-Hulk”), Paulo Costanzo (“Add”), Beth Dover (“Orange Is the New Black”), and Ed Weeks (“The Mindy Venture”). Mike Flanagan, married to Siegel, has a cameo.

Directed by first-time characteristic filmmakers Jake Rubin and Evan Metzold, “Damned If You Do” follows a bunch of teenage buddies who’ve made the final word adolescent mistake: promoting their souls to the satan.Many years later, their lives have taken them on wildly profitable, but disparate paths: as a rock star, a tech mogul, and a high-profile activist. With the contract’s deadline looming at their twenty fifth highschool reunion, the group should reunite and depend on an unlikely former classmate to assist them escape Hell’s grasp earlier than their time is up.

The movie is produced by Matthew R. Cooper and Uwakokunre (Kokie) Imasogie for Objectively Good Media (OGM), alongside Lior Haas. Government producers embody Rubin, Metzold, Siegel, Guillén, Gilad Haas, and Henry Russell Bergstein.

The supporting forged consists of Molly Bernard (“Hit Man”), Jillian Gottlieb (“Quickly By You”), Matthew Stephen Smith (“Too Scorching to Deal with”), Liza Treyger (“Survival of the Thickest”), Ashley Austin Morris (“Inventing Anna”), and Genesis Oliver (“FBI: Most Wished”).

“We’re thrilled to deliver this hilarious and exceptionally properly executed movie to the world,” stated Nat McCormick of Stoic. “The forged delivers comedy gold, and the premise is precisely the sort of elevated, genre-bending materials that customers all over the world are hungry for. We’re excited for everybody to see the magic the staff has captured.”

Stoic provides “Damned If You Do” to an EFM slate headlined by the Sundance breakout “Carousel,” starring Chris Pine and Jenny Slate.
