I am Aspasia and Hero, at the least.
I am Judith, and Jael, and Madame de Stael;
I am Salome, moon of the East.

Right here in my soul I’m Sappho;
Girl Hamilton am I, as properly.
In me Recamier vies with Kitty O’Shea,
With Dido, and Eve, and poor Nell.

I am of the glamorous girls
