“Central Avenue holds a narrative that too few know—a narrative of fortitude, innovation, and cultural affect that has helped form Los Angeles,” added Worth.

“At a time when Black erasure is a rising menace, this event underscores the necessity to educate, empower, and problem misinformation. Black Historical past Month is about preserving our tales, honoring our struggles, and celebrating our triumphs.”
