To not be deterred, the Donna’s Recipe founder posted a video doubling down on her statements. Sarcastically, she believes her help of the conglomerate is a byproduct of uplifting Black individuals.

“To all of the individuals within the feedback and my DMS together with your uneducated hate messages…There isn’t a quantity of hate and ignorance that’s going to cease me from utilizing my platform and my voice to help and uplift small companies, Black-owned companies, Black content material creators, and Black authors,” Brown mentioned.

As many corporations drop their dedication to uplifting marginalized communities, these communities are dropping their allegiance to those corporations. Not all cash is nice cash, and organizations like Philly Delight 365 are making that abundantly clear.
