Missouri City Police Department Hires Troy Finner

Two years after abruptly retiring as HPD chief, Troy Finner is again at work.

Missouri Metropolis introduced Tuesday that it has employed Finner as its police chief. He’s anticipated to start work subsequent week.

The division, underneath Finner’s management, suspended investigations into 4,000 sexual assault instances and over 264,000 incident stories as a result of it lacked the manpower to analyze.
