Kevin Hart suing Tasha K for extortion

Kevin Hart has change into the most recent main star to file a civil lawsuit in opposition to the notorious YouTuber Tasha Ok, alleging extortion.

Based on authorized paperwork obtained by The Blast, the Assume Like a Man star accuses Tasha Ok, whose full title is Tasha Kebe, of threatening to disclose an interview along with his former assistant. This interview contained wild allegations concerning the comic, together with accusations of infidelity in opposition to his spouse.

The lawyer representing Hart states, “You will have already engaged in prison conduct and tortious acts that will entitle Mr. Hart to financial damages in opposition to you must he elect to start civil litigation concerning this matter. The lawsuit falls beneath Penal Code Part 518, which may end up in prison and civil legal responsibility for extortion. Hart alleges that Tasha Ok tried to extract fee from him by threatening to reveal dangerous data.

Hart’s authorized workforce has additionally reported Tasha Ok’s actions to the police division, citing the interview along with his former assistant, Miesha Shakes, which supposedly accommodates scandalous assertions in opposition to him.
