Ketanji Brown Jackson gives stark warning after SCOTUS allows Trump to end migrant parole program

Advocates are reeling after the U.S. Supreme Courtroom allowed the Trump administration to revoke (for now) a Biden-era parole program that granted non permanent authorized standing for half 1,000,000 migrants from Haiti, Cuba, Venezuela and Nicaragua.

The excessive court docket granted a keep of a U.S. District Courtroom ruling that blocked the Trump administration’s effort to finish the parole program, often known as CHNV.
