Gipson Leads Immigration March in Wilmington to Say No to MAGA Deportations – Los Angeles Sentinel

Wilmington group members and allies from throughout the area crammed metropolis streets close to the intersection of Anaheim and Avalon Boulevards on Feb. 22, to attend an Immigration March and Rally organized for grass-roots pushback in opposition to mass deportations.

Numerous communities of colour standing in robust solidarity with these born overseas, even no matter lack of citizenship, made their energy loudly recognized at one of many Harbor’s liveliest immigration gatherings. Representatives from 5 faith-based organizations offered religious consolation throughout this system, and Banning Excessive College’s marching band joined the rally.
