Georgia Man Stunned with Taser By Cops, Left with Brain Damage In Traffic Stop Over Taillight Files Lawsuit

A Georgia man has filed a lawsuit towards a Gwinnett County police officer after he was left with mind injury from an encounter with the police on Oct. 21, 2021.
