Florida Black Man Punched in Face, Dragged By Police Says He Was “Scared and Confused”

Nationwide — William McNeil Jr., a 22-year-old African American school pupil from North Carolina, is recovering from critical accidents after being violently pulled from his car and crushed by Florida regulation enforcement officers throughout a site visitors cease.
