Fashion designer refines her native Niger at Joburg Fashion Week

JOHANNESBURG (AP) — Niger designer Alia Naked took middle stage on the Joburg Vogue Week with a group that she hopes will unfold a constructive picture of her troubled nation, affected by instability and financial sanctions that adopted a army coup earlier this 12 months.
