Diddy’s Son, Justin Combs, Banned From Renting L.A. Homes For Parties

Nationwide — Justin Combs, the 30-year-old son of Sean “Diddy” Combs, has reportedly been blacklisted from renting houses in Los Angeles resulting from his alleged conduct at luxurious rental properties. Combs, identified for his get together way of life, has been accused of internet hosting massive, disruptive gatherings that usually depart properties in disarray, based on a Southern California luxurious dealer.

The dealer, who spoke anonymously to The New York Publish, claimed that Justin would typically understate the variety of attendees when renting properties. “He would say, ‘I’m having 20 folks over,’ however there can be 200, after which they’d wreck the home,” the dealer alleged. This conduct has led many landlords to refuse his rental requests, successfully barring him from accessing luxurious rental properties within the space.

Jeffrey Lichtman, Justin’s legal professional, defended his consumer, stating, “Justin has not been charged with a criminal offense or sued civilly relating to any of those accusations for a motive – he did nothing incorrect.” Regardless of the allegations, Justin continues to publish photographs of his lavish way of life on Instagram, typically that includes events with mates and his father, Diddy.

Justin’s fame for partying mirrors his father’s well-known celebrations. Diddy, identified for his iconic all-white events held between 1998 and 2009, typically blended hip-hop tradition with excessive society. In a 2006 interview with Oprah Winfrey, Diddy described these gatherings as alternatives to unite folks from totally different backgrounds, recalling how the occasions introduced collectively celebrities, socialites, and mates from Harlem.

This isn’t the one controversy surrounding Justin. Earlier this 12 months, Porsche Leasing LTD filed a lawsuit towards him for $190,000 in unpaid payments associated to a leased Bentley. Nonetheless, Lichtman clarified that the problem stemmed from a mailing tackle error and warranted that the steadiness can be paid, resolving the lawsuit.

As Justin navigates these challenges, his lawyer maintains that the accusations lack benefit, and no formal fees have been filed. In the meantime, his social media presence continues to replicate a lifetime of luxurious and celebration, paying homage to his father’s legendary get together legacy.
