SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (AP) — Authorities officers are pushing to loosen up hair codes at faculties in Trinidad and Tobago following a latest public outcry over practically two dozen college students who didn’t obtain their highschool diploma as a result of they wore Afros, cornrows and different hairstyles at commencement.
