‘Dare to fail forward’: Ami Colé founder Diarrha N’Diaye joins Skims Beauty

Months after asserting the closure of her fan-favorite model Ami Colé, N’Diaye introduced her newest step within the magnificence position: government vp of magnificence and perfume at Skims.

Now, N’Diaye hopes her story is a reminder “to dare to fail ahead.

Together with her “trendy and community-forward view on magnificence” and entrepreneurial expertise, N’diaye will assist Skims Magnificence deliver make-up classics to the market and construct “pleasure about magnificence rituals whereas additionally simplifying it and specializing in pores and skin from strand to toe.” The Ami Colé founder says she’s “excited to usher in best-in-class formulation and a customer-first mentality to Skims Magnificence.”

“My job is to determine how we create this second-skin expertise for the client and bridge the hole from clothes to make-up, hair, and perfume,” N’Diaye defined, per WWD.
