Community celebrates SFC Freddy Dickey’s legacy

The Austin Excessive Faculty neighborhood named the Junior Reserve Officers’ Coaching Corps (JROTC) constructing in honor of Sergeant First Class (SFC) Freddy L. Dickey, a U.S. Military veteran and longtime educator.
