‘Commitment to ownership’: Kimora Lee Simmons is changing her name

Kimora Lee Simmons is in a season of change.

The style mogul and Child Phat founder is formally axing Simmons from her title, in accordance with Advanced.

In an announcement, Lee mentioned the choice was intentional, rooted in possession and management over her future and her model.

“Kimora’s choice to alter her title legally — again to Kimora Lee — is rooted in a dedication to readability and possession,” the assertion started.

In latest months, Lee’s title has been featured in headlines, from her ex-husband Russell Simmons’ accusations that he saved their grownup youngsters away from her to the standing of her relationships together with her youngsters’s fathers, from Simmons to exes Djimon Hounsou and Tim Leissner.
