Black In Business: Chef Bobby Anderson’s Non-Profit F BITES Teaches Kids the Restaurant Biz

Chef Bobby Anderson might have continued working on the world’s most interesting eating places after ending fourth on the fourth season of Hell’s Kitchen in 2008. However he found the true recipe to happiness was giving again to others. In 2009, he based F BITES, a non-profit group that trains adolescents and adults in culinary arts to change into helpful members of society. He manages Cantina, Cataract Home Restaurant & Academy and the Sunshine BBQ meals truck, all of which make use of youngsters.
