At least 70 people killed by flooding in Kenya; more rain expected

NAIROBI, Kenya (AP) — Flooding and heavy rains in Kenya have killed a minimum of 70 individuals since mid-March, a authorities spokesperson mentioned April 26, twice as many as have been reported earlier this week.

The East African nation has seen weeks of heavy rains and extreme flooding in Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, in addition to within the nation’s western and central areas.
