From 2019 to 2024, Eanes served as president of York School, College of New York, the place she supplied strategic management and counsel to roughly 1,100 school, workers, and directors.

Eanes earned a bachelor’s diploma in public well being from Dillard College, a grasp’s diploma in social work from Boston College, and a doctorate in social work from Clark Atlanta College.
