White Residents in Mississippi Upset After Black Judge Blocks Ban on DEI in Public Schools

It additionally listed “divisive ideas” tied to race, intercourse, gender identification, sexual orientation, and nationwide origin. Wingate’s ruling prevents these provisions from being enforced whereas a lawsuit towards the state continues.
