West VA House Delegates Approves Bill Prosecuting Librarians

The West Virginia Home of Delegates voted 85-12 in favor of a chunk of laws that permits legal prosecution of librarians.

In a controversial transfer, on Feb. 16, the West Virginia Home of Delegates voted 85-12 in favor of Home Invoice 4654, a chunk of laws that would open the door to legal prosecution of public and faculty librarians, based on Information And Sentinel.
