Viral Video Shows Maryland Police Attempt to Detain Paralyzed Man, Making Him Sit on the Ground Outside His Car Before Finding Out They Had the Wrong Man

Maryland deputies are underneath hearth after two surprising movies emerged of them detaining a paralyzed Black man, inflicting him to fall out of his automotive and forcing him to take a seat on the bottom.
