Tulsa Prosecutor Says Homeless Black Man Admitted to Fatally Shooting 2 White Men In the Back of the Head Within Minutes of Each Other

The Tulsa Police Division has recognized a homeless man within the deadly capturing of two Oklahoma males in April.

One was shot whereas he was at an area library and the opposite was killed minutes later at a QuikTrip comfort retailer.

Authorities are saying the assaults have been racially motivated, however the state doesn’t have a felony hate crime legislation.

The person, who allegedly had no connections to both sufferer, was arrested on Monday, April 24. Now, he faces two counts of first-degree homicide, two counts of capturing with intent to kill, and one depend of malicious intimidation or harassment.
