Tiffany Haddish Defends Trip to Israel Amid Hamas Conflict

*Tiffany Haddish is going through backlash for taking an “academic journey” to Israel amid the Hamas battle, which has left over 30,000 Palestinians lifeless. 

Haddish had a Bat Mitzvah at 40 when she discovered she was Jewish. She went dwell on Instagram throughout a 16-hour flight to Israel and informed followers she was touring to “study and see with my very own eyes.”

“I’m gonna go meet my future man on the market. I’m out. I’m going to the Holy Land. I recommend you all do it,” Haddish added.

“On my strategy to Tel Aviv, then to Jerusalem. Then I’m going to the Lifeless Sea and goin’ get me some. Gonna have some enjoyable, yeah. It’s gonna be nice. Then I’m gonna study concerning the politics, ay,” the comic shared.

When a fan requested about visiting Gaza, Haddish replied, “Who mentioned I wasn’t going to Gaza? I mentioned I’m going to go see with my very own eyes. Gotta go to Israel first.”

She added, “And isn’t Gaza in Israel? Ain’t all of it on the identical continent, the identical little piece of land and surrounded by water?”

“That is sociology,” Haddish continued. “That is an academic journey for me. I need to go get educated. I need to see what’s actually happening. I need to study the way it began, why it began.”

Haddish mentioned she needs “to see the place Jesus walked.”

“I need to see all of the stuff all over the place they talked about within the Bible. I need to see all that. So if it’s within the Bible, I’m most likely gonna be there,” she defined. 

As anticipated, Haddish was criticized on social media over the journey.
