The twenty ninth annual Black Harvest Movie Competition got here to a spectacular shut on Nov. 16. Held on the famend Siskel Movie Heart within the coronary heart of Chicago, this yr’s competition was a real testomony to the depth and richness of Black tradition and a heartfelt tribute to the expertise each in entrance of and behind the digital camera.

This yr’s competition was a beacon of ardour and creativity, because of the visionary curator Jada-Amina Harvey and the devoted competition coordinator Nick Leffel. Their vitality and dedication breathed life into the occasion, which enhanced the cinematic showcase.
