Famed writer-producer Shonda Rhimes will not function treasurer for the Kennedy Heart amid Donald Trump’s Appointment as Chairman.

Donald Trump was appointed chairman of the Kennedy Heart after firing its president, Deborah F. Rutter. On the heels of the announcement, a spokesperson for Rhimes confirmed her exit.
“Please be suggested that as of at present, Shonda Rhimes has resigned from the board of the Kennedy Heart,” the spokesperson mentioned.
The author-producer shared a screenshot on her Instagram account confirming the information. She captioned the publish with a quote from former President John F. Kennedy, whom the establishment is known as after.

The quote could reference Trump’s elimination of Kennedy Heart board members appointed in the course of the Biden administration.
