OBAN, Scotland — RNLI – Royal Nationwide Lifeboat Establishment crew have celebrated the 18th birthday of a lady – born on their lifeboat.
Emma Cato was born in 2005 on open waters close to Loch Linnhe – 10 days earlier than her due date.
Oban RNLI Lifeboat staff are tasked with transporting pregnant moms from a distant Scottish island.
The crew, primarily based within the Highland city of Oban, has had 4 births aboard their vessel through the years.
