Rema And KiDi Join Asake For AfroFuture Ghana 2025

Rema and Ghana’s personal KiDi are becoming a member of Asake as headliners at AfroFuture Ghana 2025.

Rema and Ghana’s personal KiDi have joined the lineup of Afrobeat stars taking the stage to shut out the 12 months in fashion at AfroFuture Ghana 2025.

Tradition Administration Group (CMG), the visionary crew behind AfroFuture, has unveiled the second wave of performers for AfroFuture Ghana 2025, returning to El Wak Stadium on Dec. 28–29. The brand new lineup options Rema, the Nigerian Afrobeats sensation behind world hits like Calm Down and Dumebi, alongside Ghana’s KiDi, whose fusion of highlife and Afropop has gained followers throughout Africa with songs like Contact It and Odo.

The newly added acts be part of an expanded lineup of worldwide DJs, together with Skyla Tylaa, DJ L.A.J, DJ RBnice, Flygerian, DJ Mohogany, Afrolektra, TMSKDJ, and DJ Oreo, alongside acclaimed MCs like MC Lola, Kojo Manuel, Princess AJ, and Michael Nichols. Beforehand introduced performers embrace Asake, TxC, Moliy, King Paluta, Mavo, and units from Obi’s Home, ADDJ, DJ Loft, and Okay-Dwawg & EZPass.

Collectively, this star-studded roster solidifies AfroFuture 2025 as one of many 12 months’s most anticipated cultural occasions, celebrating connections between Africa and its world diaspora.

“Every year, AfroFuture is guided by our dedication to showcasing the depth, vary, and innovation of African artistry,” Abdul Karim Abdullah, CEO & co-founder of CMG, mentioned in a press launch. “With the addition of Rema, KiDi, and an unbelievable slate of DJs and MCs, we’re persevering with to develop the story of African Nostalgia, honoring the recollections that join our communities whereas celebrating the evolution of our sound and tradition. This 12 months’s competition will likely be a strong reminder of the affect Africa holds on the world.”

Past main-stage performances, the competition options immersive installations, wellness applications, and cultural programming, together with the AfroFuture Basis x Black Well being Join third Annual Group Truthful: Thoughts Issues, a curated wellness sequence with 7even, The Future Makers masterclass sequence, and panels, e-book talks, and movie screenings.
