Nationwide — Ryan Marshall, the CEO of PulteGroup is dealing with a harmful lawsuit after three former Black staff alleged unchecked racist conduct within the group.

Richard Turnbow, Roderick Hunter, and Idus Hartsfield all say they witnessed PulteGroup supervisor Patrick Witzigman make racist remarks whereas holding up a “lynching noose.”
