Penelope Cruz to be Guest of Honor at Biarritz’s Nouvelles Vagues Fest

Nouvelles Vagues, a brand new worldwide competition devoted to movies about youth, is about to make a splashy debut Wednesday in Biarritz, a surf haven in southwestern France, with Penélope Cruz as its inaugural visitor of honor.
