Paul Rudd, the 54-year-old actor revealed the consuming regime he adopted was so strict, that he allowed himself some glowing water as a deal with whereas coaching for ‘Ant-Man‘.
Talking on the ‘Off Menu’ podcast, he stated:
“After I was having to coach for the ‘Ant-Man’ film, and I used to be on a really restrictive food plan, my reward was glowing water. That’s how horrible that food plan was. I used to be like, ‘Alright, I’m gonna have some glowing water now, I’ve earned it.’”
And, Paul revealed he caught to a strict food plan when coaching for all of his Marvel films. He stated:
