Paul Rudd, the 54-year-old actor revealed the consuming regime he adopted was so strict, that he allowed himself some glowing water as a deal with whereas coaching for ‘Ant-Man‘.
Talking on the ‘Off Menu’ podcast, he stated:

And, Paul revealed he caught to a strict food plan when coaching for all of his Marvel films. He stated:
