An Oregon man is behind bars dealing with costs after his neighbors reported that he was behind a number of racist, homophobic, and intimidating incidents that occurred within the final two years.

KATU reported that 46-year-old Jacob Bynum was charged with bias crime, stalking, and disorderly conduct in connection to a number of disturbances and confrontations along with his neighbors in 2023 and 2024.
