Ryan Norman, a proficient rising senior at Paetow Excessive College in Katy ISD was chosen because the gold medal winner for the native ACT-SO Competitors within the Music Instrumental Modern class for the NAACP Missouri Metropolis & Neighborhood Department in April 2023. He’ll advance to compete within the Nationwide ACT-SO Competitors in Boston, Massachusetts in July 2023 in the course of the 114th NAACP Nationwide Conference.
