Ms. Shirley Raines, viral advocate for the unhoused and founder of Beauty 2 The Streetz, passes away

Neighborhood activist, philanthropist, and TikTok creator Ms. Shirley Raines, of Beauty2Streetz, has died. The non-profit introduced the demise of its CEO and founder in an announcement posted to its social media pages. 

“It’s with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that Magnificence 2 The Streetz pronounces the passing of our beloved CEO and founder, Shirley Raines, affectionately recognized to so many as Ms. Shirley,” the non-profit group wrote in an announcement on Instagram. “By her tireless advocacy, deep compassion, and unwavering dedication, she used her highly effective media platform to amplify the voices of these in want and to convey dignity, sources, and hope to a number of the most underserved populations.”

“Ms. Shirley devoted her life to serving others and made an immeasurable affect on homeless communities all through Los Angeles and Nevada,” the assertion continued.

Raines rose to recognition for sharing movies of her interactions with the unhoused group on social media. Along with her generosity, viewers rapidly fell in love with the care and compassion Raines confirmed to these in want, no matter their attitudes in the direction of her. By her non-profit Magnificence 2 The Streetz, Raines and her staff have been on a “mission to offer self-worth restoring companies like hair, make-up, hygiene, and meals to those that want it most,” with “an unwavering dedication to giving decisions to those that are seen however nonetheless neglected.”
