An award-winning scholar, activist, educator, speaker, and author, Brooms brings over 20 years of upper training expertise, the place his training analysis primarily facilities on Black males and boys’ pathways to and thru faculty, their engagement on campus and identification improvement, in addition to their lived experiences and representations within the media.
Brooms joins Morehouse from the College of Tennessee-Knoxville, the place he’s a professor of Africana research and sociology and the affiliate division head of Africana research.
