“The officer went above and past to tase him in midair and danger ending his life,” lawyer Reginald Greene advised 11Alive. “His Fourth Modification rights had been violated when the police used extreme drive to apprehend him.”

Black ended up spending 5 days within the hospital to deal with his accidents. Legal professionals stated Weber was both being “reckless” or had a scarcity of regard for Black’s security.

That’s reckless, harmful and unlawful.”

Daniels added: “Nonetheless, on the finish of the day, the taser didn’t trigger Angelo Black’s mind harm. Officer Chase Weber did.”

“There isn’t a excuse for this,” Greene stated. “Black males run from the police as a result of they’re afraid that, in the event that they don’t, they’re going to finish up damage or lifeless. Sadly, by his recklessness and negligence, Officer Weber proved them proper.”
