Local Community Joins Parade to Support 9-Year-Old Black Boy Battling Cancer

Nationwide — Terence Harris Jr., a 9-year-old African American boy from Alliance, Ohio, was stunned with a parade of a whole lot of individuals and greater than 100 automobiles, all coming collectively to elevate his spirits as he battles most cancers for the fourth time.

Terence has been combating the illness since earlier than he turned 2 years previous, in line with Fox 8 Information. Through the years, he has endured surgical procedure to take away a chest tumor, two stem cell transplants, and a number of other trial medicines. His mom, Brandi Harris, mentioned his newest analysis revealed 4 tumors in his cranium and one other alongside his backbone, requiring aggressive radiation remedies.

The parade thought began with Sandy Mascitti, Terence’s former kindergarten trainer and shut household buddy. Hoping to uplift his spirits, she requested on-line for folks to ship playing cards.
