Kamala Harris calls Texas Rep. Nicole Collier during Capitol confinement: ‘We are all there with you’

Former Vice President Kamala Harris personally reached out to Texas State Rep. Nicole Collier as she continued to be confined contained in the state Capitol after refusing a requirement from the Republican speaker of the Home of Representatives to signal a permission slip that may require 24-hour supervision by legislation enforcement.
