Johnny Depp Says He Felt ‘Perversely Lucky’ to Play King Louis XV

Johnny Depp stated he felt “surprisingly, oddly, perversely fortunate” to have been provided the function of French King Louis XV on the U.Ok. premiere of his new movie “Jeanne du Barry.”

Depp was accompanied by the movie’s co-star and director Maïwenn on stage on the Curzon theater in Mayfair, the place the duo briefly launched the movie.
