Indiana Cops Mistake Black Man as Shooting Suspect, Detain Him, Girlfriend, and 65-Year-Old Man at Gunpoint In Front of Children, Lawsuit States

A Black couple is suing two legislation enforcement businesses and a number of other cops in an Indiana city for racially profiling a person they thought was a capturing suspect, then holding him, his girlfriend, and her father at gunpoint throughout an aggressive detainment.
