A viral video reveals a white lodge workers member alleging a Black teenager is trespassing as she makes an attempt to escort him from the premises earlier than his mom intervenes and reminds the worker that they’re visitors.

“What y’all kickin’ me out for?” the teenager is heard asking at the beginning of the video.

“‘Trigger you’re a trespasser,” the white feminine worker states.

“How I’m trespassing once I bought a room upstairs?” the teenager asks.

“You don’t have a room,” the lady insists, earlier than telling him to go away.

At this level, the teenager’s mom sees the interplay and intervenes. “What’s happening,” she asks and she or he reminds the workers member of their standing as lodge visitors.

The teenager is heard explaining that the worker who tried to kick him out additionally took his ID and snapped an image of it earlier than telling him to go away the lodge.

As his mom continues talking with lodge workers, she launches into a listing of points she’s encountered from the second she and her son checked in.

“Now you harassing my son?” she asks the feminine worker.

“I’m not harassing your son,” the worker insists.

The teenager’s mom additionally recollects earlier occasions the workers member witnessed her and her son within the lodge collectively.

“This expertise has been the worst,” the mom stated of her lodge keep. “And might you delete his image that you simply name your self making an attempt to take of him?”

“Yeah, after all,” the lady says.

The teenager posted the video to TikTok on March 26, tagging Memphis Vitality Resort and accusing the feminine worker of racial profiling. It’s drawn a couple of million views and 1000’s of feedback.
