A homecoming queen in San Antonio, TX, is advocating for her proper to show her heritage at commencement. Kayleigh Craddock claims she is being punished unjustly for not taking off her Mexican cultural sash at her highschool graduation in Could.
The college district acknowledged that Craddock’s lack of compliance with the college gown code led to her now not being invited to crown the subsequent homecoming queen on Sept. 29.
