Morgan State College (MSU) officers are taking additional precaution on the Northeast Baltimore campus after receiving a bomb menace on Sept. 30.
Leaders of the traditionally Black college put out a press release saying that they “obtained an electronic mail menace indicating a possible explosive gadget within the Richardson Library.”
