Gospel music and museum to be built in Houston’s Wesley Chapel

The price

The overall price range for the undertaking is $26.8 million, which incorporates the town’s land buy value of $3.8 million and $23 million to be funded by the NHP Basis.

Town of Houston and Wesley AME Church entered into a purchase order and sale settlement in September 2021. Town allotted $3.8 million in Homeless and Housing Consolidated funds for the acquisition of the land.

A further $200,000 was paid for due diligence and different transaction charges.
