Fantasporto Chiefs on Spotting Rising Talent in the World of Fantasy

Fantasporto, the Oporto Intl. Movie Competition, kicked off Friday in Portugal’s Porto — metropolis famed for its elegant Romanesque cathedral, a bookstore that impressed “Harry Potter,” and the heady alcoholic drink — with an eclectic mixture of titles however an emphasis on fantasy movies.
