The household of an unarmed Black man who attorneys say was tased to loss of life by police in Alabama has filed a federal lawsuit in opposition to town of Cell and the 2 officers concerned.

Jawan Dallas’ household is suing for unspecified damages over the alleged “willful, malicious, wanton, reckless and fraudulent conduct in direction of Jawan Dallas,” the lawsuit that identifies the officers as John Doe 1 and a pair of.
